George Wallace is the long-time owner of Steel Cut Industries Inc. George has been working in the industry since 1953. He left school at 17 to develop a career path in the metal business. He worked for manufacturers for a few decades before launching his own business 15 years ago.

As a result of working for other companies for so long before starting his own company, George has an extensive amount of knowledge of most metal products. In fact, he and his company are usually sought out because a customer has been told over and over again, by other companies, that they can’t find a specific product but if anyone can, it’s George. George will search high and low for the so-called unattainable product.

Another benefit of George’s experience is his access to a large collection of manufacturers. The owner has developed many great long-term relationships with people from these manufacturing businesses and thus is highly educated on most products.
